How the Valley Wash Club works:

- Select a membership plan that meets your needs and sign up.

-Once you sign up for membership, you will be automatically charged each month and can easily change or cancel at any time by selecting the "Manage My Membership" button above.

-Just drop off your laundry and go about your day. No need to wait for your order to be weighed. We will take care of it, and you will receive an automated notification/receipt within minutes by text message. (You are welcome to wait). 

-Your laundry professional will process your order using the preferences you entered when you signed up (you can change these at any time) as well as any requests you have at the time of drop off (we may not be able to handle all requests).  

-Your order will be ready within 24 hours of the time you dropped it off. Many times, your order may be ready the same day. Your laundry professional will advise you if this is a possibility. ***Orders received Fridays after 2 pm, MAY not be ready until Monday. (e.g. if you drop off Friday at 3 pm, your order MAY not be ready until Monday at 3 pm)** 

-REWARDS! You will receive a referral code that is specific to you. for EACH person you refer that uses this code on their first purchase of our full-service Wash, Dry and Fold, you will receive a $20 credit to your account, and they too will receive $20 off their first visit. You will also be enrolled in our Valley Rewards program, earning points for every order. Use these rewards towards future orders (500-point minimum redemption).

-We try to help you maximize your benefit by allowing an unused portion of your monthly benefit to carry over to the next month:

-For Just Me memberships, the carry over is 5 lbs.

-For Just The Two of Us memberships,  the carry over is 10 lbs.

-For The Whole Crew memberships, the carry over is 20 lbs.
